1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the services provided by Dallas Commercial Cleaning Services ("we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Services Description
Dallas Commercial Cleaning Services provides commercial cleaning services to businesses throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex. Our services include, but are not limited to, office cleaning, janitorial services, floor care, disinfection services, and specialized cleaning for various commercial properties.
3. Service Agreements
All services are provided pursuant to a written service agreement or proposal that outlines the scope of work, frequency of service, pricing, and other specific terms. The service agreement, together with these Terms of Service, constitutes the entire agreement between the parties.
4. Scheduling and Access
The client agrees to provide access to the premises at the scheduled service times. If access is not available, the client must provide at least 24 hours notice to reschedule. Failure to provide timely notice may result in a missed service fee.
5. Payment Terms
Payment is due according to the terms specified in your service agreement. We accept various payment methods including check, credit card, and electronic transfer. Late payments may be subject to a service charge of 1.5% per month on the outstanding balance.
6. Cancellation Policy
Either party may terminate the service agreement with 30 days written notice. The client remains responsible for payment for all services rendered prior to the termination date.
7. Limitation of Liability
Dallas Commercial Cleaning Services liability for any claim arising out of our services shall be limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
8. Insurance and Bonding
We maintain appropriate coverage. Claims for damages must be reported within 48 hours of the service date. We reserve the right to inspect and verify any damage claims before processing.
9. Client Responsibilities
The client is responsible for securing valuables, sensitive documents, and fragile items before our arrival. We are not responsible for damage to items left in cleaning areas or for items that are not properly secured.
10. Satisfaction Guarantee
We stand behind the quality of our work. If you are not satisfied with any service, please contact us within 24 hours and we will return to address the concern at no additional charge.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
